Looking for a story

Hi. Long time lurker looking for a story I once read.

I believe I found it on a small story repository website maintained by Kane. It was about the daughter of a space freight company who is kidnapped by the sister of her former lover whom her father had his mind wiped for not staying away (way too many pronouns in this sentence!). As revenge, the sister uses alien technology to inflate the daughter, trapping her within her own body much like how her brother had been trapped in his own mind.

The site went down a year or two back and I have been unable to find the story since.
