I recently purchased an inflation picture commission, my first in a while, and I had to go through a few artists before finding one who would do it to my specifications. To save other people the trouble, and to call attention to artists who might not be very well-known, I thought it could be helpful to put up a list of artists who take inflation commissions, their prices, and their particularities.

Awittyname
Style: Cartoonishly-proportioned and brightly-colored. Favors spherical shapes.
Price range: From $8 for a black-and-white sketch to $30 for a shaded color picture. $3 for each additional character, $10 for a complex background. May do requests for free.
Notes: He only takes commission concepts that appeal to him. Will not draw nudity.

Seriojainc
Style: Somewhat like awittyname's, but more animesque, with almond-shaped eyes. Inflation work is mostly spheres, near-spheres, and weight gain.
Price range: $25 for a single-character pic, $50 for a comic page. If nudity is involved, the price is tripled, and the commission must be kept private.
Notes: Has a lengthy queue, but seems to work quickly. Will draw furries.

Olympic-Dames a.k.a. "kaileighblue"
Style: Comic-like, with realistic proportions and shading. But she'll also do cartoon-style art, and is excellent at e.g. Teen Titans-style characters.
Price range: $10 for a sketch, $20 for a computer-colored sketch, $30 for a colored pic composed completely in Photoshop. Little or no charge for extra characters in a pic.
Notes: Her turnaround is amazing. For my last commission from her, it took less than three days from sending her the initial note until I had the final pic on my screen -- and that included some back-and-forth between us regarding some details. She is currently looking for a job, so she might not be quite so prompt in the future.
She specializes in pregnant characters. This is obviously ideal if you're buying a pure belly inflation pic, but if you're asking for a breast, hourglass, or other such shape, it may take a few tries for her to get the proportions right. I haven't bought a spherical pic from her, but I imagine it would be a lot simpler, since it's pretty hard to screw up a sphere.

Critical Volume (currently closed)
Style: Brightly-colored and shaded, but with fairly realistic proportions.
Price range: $15 for a sketch, $30 for a color pic. Unspecified extra fees for additional characters and complex backgrounds.
Notes: CV is a veteran member of the inflation community, so he knows right off the bat what his clients are looking for in a commission. He's not currently accepting commissions, but he has in the past, and most likely will in the future.

HitmanN
Style: Animesque, with big round eyes and hourglass figures, but shaded.
Price range: $40 for a cel-shaded pic, $50 for a soft-shaded one.
Notes: Has not drawn any inflation art to date, but he expressed interest when I approached him about a commission. Will not draw copyrighted characters, hentai (unknown what his exact definition is), or furries. HitmanN is massively popular, but he only queues five commissions at a time, so getting a slot is next to impossible. Unless you really love his style, probably not worth the effort.

ArchangelDreadnought
Style: Mostly does pencil sketches, but is branching out into other media. Has drawn a huge variety of shapes and sizes -- breasts, belly, butt, clothing, down to basketball-sized and up to "not sure, most of it doesn't fit in the frame".
Price range: From $10 for a sketch to $20 for a color pic. Will "upgrade" previous commissions for the price difference.
Notes: Will not draw furries or "pornographic" work (as defined by DeviantArt).

FreakinWeirdo
Style: Pencil sketches, sometimes colored in Photoshop. Lately he's been doing a lot of blueberry work, but he also draws spheres and various belly-centric shapes.
Price range: $8 for a one-character sketch, $4 for each additional character; roughly double this for a version cleaned up in Photoshop. $25-30 for a colored pic.
