Hilarious clip, though I wish they actually showed the process of her swelling, rather than just the beginning and the end.

No, I know that one, and it's great too. I can't imagine they did the same bit twice, but my memory of it is pretty strong. I can even see the way her face looked as she swallowed. Ah, imagination, such a wonderful thing.

Superdude, the lactose-intolerant superhero is captured by his arch-enemy the Milk Man; and trapped in a hot tub full of milk with his girlfriend. [pretty sure that's the same actress though, Rainbow] In order to save him, his girlfriend drank all the milk.
Although to be perfectly honest, I can not remember whether there was a sight gag with her inflated or if I just always wished there was.

The Superdude one ends with the girl's boobs winding up engorged (with milk, I assume). It's not bad, really, I came across it on the internet last year, I think. Again, it doesn't show the process; you just see her drinking, and then she re-appears with giant boobs.
There IS another inflation (besides the one with the woman in the movie theater) from a recent season, where one of the guy characters tries to sell his own blood, but accidentally exsanguinates himself (in this case, "exsanguinates" refers to him deflating in a comical matter; nothing gory, lol) To remedy the situation, the other people pump the blood back in him, only for it to be too much, and he explodes. Only saw it once while it was on TV and haven't seen it since. Since I'm really not into guys inflating, I've not bothered to look for it either. :p

Well, I think that's definitely more than just her boobs; but yeah, it's a lousy prop either way. *shrug* Good to know it exists though.
And the other one with the blood transfusion is definitely not what I was thinking of; if there even is another one it would've been from back in the day, around the same time as the other two. But again; I'm not even sure there is another one, it's just that every time I think of those two scenes something pops up telling me there's something else; so who knows?
