Alright, write down or PM me your email and I'll send it to you. I don't know the name of the episode but it originally aired circa 2001/02
As for the other one I have no idea where that's from, sorry.
The blueberry image collage is from an SNL sketch that spoofed Willy Wonka with Rachel Dratch as Violet Beauregarde, and dare I say it, I think she looks adorable dressed like that.
Anyway, I have the video clip itself which I can email you if you want, but it's in .mov format so you'll probably need VLC player to watch it.
