Sounds like someone's jealous it's Vanessa getting stuffed and not her :wink:
As the article says:
"A number of film distributors are interested and we are pencilling in a cinema release date for the first quarter of 2011"
With a budget of £500,000 you can't expect the effects on this to be anything more than basic. At a guess I'll say it will probably be a balloon under the shirt job with a cut to a different shot, with the explosion while they spray ketchup up the wall.
Still it should be funny to watch.

Reading the description she certainly pops. Not sure about the ballooning part though, they may just make her stomach bulge a bit.
