I recall an ad which was aired here in Italy some years ago, it was about two women talking and one of them got really inflated while speaking.
It was some kind of medical product for treating extra calories or gassy bellies, I don't remind of that.

Theres the Trina, and the Skoal adverts. Both involve male inflation, which I know isn't everyones thing, but I liked those two.
I also remember an advert for Nick at Night, where a woman in an ice cream shop got really huge, but I havent been able to find it on youtube.

There was a station ident on BBC once advertising the music over the summer. Basically a guy was dancing to the music, he started off really fat and ended skinny. If you could reverse it, would be like he was blowing up.

I do really like that advert. Not my type of inflation, but I like her facial expression, the sense of peril and of her having an inflatable body, and the implication that she explodes.
