Thats up to her reply to PMs or not. May be it is impolite no to, but anyway, she has right to ignore PMs.
On the other hand, creating one more "I wan't to RP" topic is bad idea.
I think there should be one topic locked at the 1st page. Creating new "Wana RP" topics - forbidden. Let's wait for administration for approval.
