Good for you! I think it's great when people follow their dreams. I didn't even think of the possible problems when going through security check points. I'm surprised they didn't do a more thorough search of you to make sure you're not smuggling anything up there.

I have always wanted to have breasts, but I want to start and work my way up, people have said that an ideal size for me at my size would be a DD cup, but I am unsure about what breast size I should start out with. This is a great discussion. I too am infatuated with having breasts. For many years I have worn breast forms at home and when I go out. It feels good to have the upper part of my body feel like it is supposed to, with breasts and wearing a bra. It is also nice to be wearing glue on breast forms and go braless at times. But the ultimate is to have my own breasts, a good pair of D cups. This discussion is encouraging and it is good to know that there are some real guys who feel the way about their bodies as I do. I hope we'll hear from more boob loving guys.
I always love to hear stories about people that's not afraid of following their dreams. I'm more curious about when did you fiure out that you wanted breasts of your own? I keep hearing and seeing stories on TV about girls being trapped in a mans body and th opposite. Would that be the case for you as well? I'm just asking out of curiosity, I never actually seen a guy with female breast implants. At least I don't think so!

Wow, those new pictures are terrific. I began wearing bras at age 13 and have worn them ever since. Got my first really nice silicone breast forms at age 21 and couldn't be without them. Although I'm not into total femininization, I like my boobs, even if they are fake. Funny thing is some of my "straight" married friends really like my boobs also. A couple of guys have told me I should get implants. This site has encouraged me even more.

Hi, pbfan, and welcome to the site. Glad to see another guy interested in getting implants. I've wanted them ever since I figured out they didn't come with the package. Do I want bigger? Sure, but will start with what my body can have implanted and work my way up. I also want to look nice and not have my boobs overpower the rest of my body. I agree with you also that we should be able to wear anything we want. I've always done that and get the occasional looks but just don't worry about it. I am me and if people can't accept that, well, they're missing out on an opportunity to meet a wonderful person.

I agree with you, REA25, the feeling of some piece of clothing moving across my breasts is a feeling I've longed for it seems like forever. Since I've been wearing breast forms for several years, I love the look and the feel in my hands when I touch my breasts but just don't have the feeling in my breasts as you so want. And you're right, more pictures would be helpful on this site. This seems to be a site that seems very friendly and supportive and I hope we can keep it that way as well. So let's see more guys with breast implants. And I hope that someday I'll show mine here as well.

I can't believe I found other guys that have implants. I knew there were others but I always just assumed I was the only one. I am almost 22 now and I got them on my 20th birthday. I wear a 36dd bra and love every minute of them.

Every day life for me just seems normal but I have been wearing bras since I was 12 and then playing with breast forms since I was 16. My older sister grew very fast. By the time she was 16 she was a g cup so she had a ton of bras that werent her size any more so we always played dress up and I started to feel more comfortable in a bra then not. After a while most of my friends and family we telling me I should get it done. After talking about it for almost a year I decided to go ahead with it. I love them and it makes my girlfriend and I's love life very fun.

I am in the process of talking to a surgeon in San Diego who will do implants on males. I have wanted breasts all my life, have worn forms , rather large ones in public many times. As one person above said most people don't see a man with boobs even if you are standing in front of them. I wore size 56's about a d cup in the airport at O Hare for over 18 hours. (got stuck there) and only a few people noticed. One girl on the plane kept looking at me. She was not close enough but I am sure she would have asked if given the opportunity. Even got patted down during a security check. He was more embarrased than I was, and believe me there was an audience. So having breasts and people seeing them would not bother me most of the time. I would probably just hide them from some family members. The rest I really don't care about them or what they think. I want titties and I am working towards getting them. The more men who get breasts and show them in public openly will make it easier for all to follow!
