AARRRGHH!!!

Oh god, I was sooo looking forward to some inflation play this evening as I was going to be home alone at my parents' house while they were out all night so someone could watch the soiled pets.

What I usually do is put on a bathing suit and stuff a huge balloon in the front. I then put the hose from the hand held showerhead into the neck of the balloon and fill it up as big as I can.

First problem? No bathingsuit. Apparently, my old one has been tossed out while I've been away living on campus. No problem, I figure, I have plenty of stretchy clothes and I've done that before, so... I cobbled a suit together. I was so pleased with myself for getting over that hurdle that I completely forgot when I climbed into the shower... That the hand held showerhead with the hose that I need has been removed. There's just a regular showerhead there.

So... Ideas? Also, I really want to make a permanent inflation suit, preferrably one for a big, stretchy belly sort of inflation. Any suggestions? I don't mind anyone tossing in other inflation suit ideas other than belly, that's just my main concern.

I wish I could just swell up without all of this hassle...

Go google "waterbed kit." You will find a plastic sink attachment designed for filling waterbeds that only costs a few bucks (you can probably find them in the bedding section of local stores as well). It's basically a fitting that connects to your bathroom sink and allows you to connect a garden hose to the sink. Some waterbed kits actually come with a short hose included. The down side is the faucet isn't in the shower so you have no control over it, and there's a fair chance of springing a leak somewhere in the various connections if you put a closed valve on the end. I also recommend buying your parents a very nice hand held showerhead for Christmas or whatever the next special occassion is for them. Get one of the chrome colored water saving ones with half a dozen massage settings. Tell them you'll feel bad if they don't use it. Maybe that'll help you get by til you get your own place. Have fun.

I sometimes do it with a bathing suit and trash bag and a rubber band. We have a regular showerhead, but that's not a problem. If needed, I just unscrew the showerhead. :p

Pity this forum doesn't have one of those "give a poster some points" systems -- that one was pure gold. Nice, Wren. :)
