Is someone of you able to esteem a person's weight only by looking at them?
If so, could you teach me?
You know, when you draw obese immobile characters it's difficult to say if they weight 400, 500 or 600 kilos.
How to esteem weight
Ok, I think I'll consider these factors you mentioned.
Yet I was sure the word "esteem" existed...My mistake, never mind.

Estimate: Logical guess
Esteem: Opinion (See: Self-esteem)
As for guessing someone's weight...It could be possible for drawings and such, but then it requires a standard height and assumption that they don't work out etc.
And even then it'd probably need some math.
I tried myself to invent a way to estimate weights in drawings but I realize it's too unlogical to tell you.
I recommend browsing BBW model sites, especially gainers who have progression photos from when they were thinner. Some of them post their weight and height in their bio. That will give you an idea. You will find a large amount of variation in how people carry their weight on their body, so some will not look the size that they say they are because they are bottom heavy, top heavy, apple shaped, tall or short. Their fat may be either firm or very soft and pillowy.
I believe the word you are looking for in English is "Estimate"; once I read your post, what you were asking became clear.
It's not as simple as looking at someone and saying, "Oh, he weighs around 140kg." (My actual, RL weight). It's been guessed at anywhere from 95kg-130kg - that's because there's some muscle in there (I work in a foundry - I melt metal, pour it into molds, and pull hot and heavy pieces of metal out) than what is apparent.
And, then you've got height; someone standing 150cm tall is going to weigh less than someone standing 180cm tall, all thing staying the same.
You'll basically wind up using general terms instead of trying to guess a weight, which is how many people estimate someone's weight.
Hope this helps,
