I think what everyone is trying to say with their sarcastic responses is that there are relatively few girls who are willing to talk to members of the community and specifically want to talk to guys, compared with all the guys who want to talk to girls.
Being a guy and posting a request like this will likely get you no responses. However there are girls who have posted ads like this and this is about the limit of girls who do want to chat. Try PMing them but understand they may have many responses to get through, try and make yours stand out, explain exactly what you want to chat about but also be respectful and you may be lucky enough to receive a response.
