A few questions for those of you with DA accounts (for whoever wants to reply).

1. What are some traits of a particular drawing, morph or story that might lead to you putting it in your favorites?

2. If you fave a piece of inflation-based fanart, is it more likely because you like the character being inflated or do you mostly admire the quality behind it?

3. If you don't like to fave things, do you express appeal in a different way, like by commenting, or do you choose to simply enjoy this stuff without needing to interact?

1. It depends really. I tend to favour Art over stories, since i personaly feel that for the most part people tend to put more effort into their drawings than stories. Though there are definitely a few people on DA who are an exception to this.

2. I tend to go for a mix of both. I will normaly fave a pic if the character involved apppeals to me and if i like the quality or style of the pic.

3. I will always fave something i like on DA, though i always make sure to leave a comment. I draw pics on DA here and there. So i understand how frustrating it can be when people ask for critique and all they get are phantom faves.

1. I don't favourite things.
2. It's usually more the way it's drawn but i'm really put off by furry inflation. It's too unrealistic (i know!).
3. I'm more likely to comment and i also follow Robocop's principle of "if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all".

1. It may be everything: a character, some clothes, a phrase, the setting...
2. Both.
3. When I fav, I comment.

1. I tend to look at the quality of the work and also if it happens to be a type of inflation I really enjoy looking at.

2. Sometimes it is the character but most of the time it is the work behind it.

3. I sometimes Fav without commenting, but I do at least try and say what I liked about it the most.

2. I go for both regardless of what type of inflation it is.

- I more often fav stories then art.
- Quality is important.
- Also if I want to read that story later and have no time right now. That is a form of bookmarking.
