I have been asking myself this question for a while now and i really need some help.
I have been dating my girlfriend for a while now and i really want to tell her i have a body inflation fetish but im scared it might ruin our relationship. She kind of seems like the person that would get weirded out by it.
I really want to tell her but i dont know how to say it to her?

What always worked just fine for me: when you kiss, try blowing air into her, if she returns it, mimic inflating like balloon.
Don't tell that is fetish / show pics. That really can scare her. Let it be game.
Yeah, it can be a real deal breaker, so if you're just gonna come out and say it, be prepared.
You might want to give it time, and test the waters by dropping hints to see if she responds positively- and I'm not really sure about what hints you could drop: something that only an inflation fetishist might pick up on, at first. The chances are exceedingly slim that she's also into it, but you never know. Hell, watch Willy Wonka together and she how she responds to THE scene.
As to Wonka. I've been into inflation since childhood, but seen that movie only recently. That scene didn't impress me much. So Violet is not an universal key to inflation fetish.
And more: he really doubts girl is into fetish. He is about to tell her anyway. So problem is not detecting whether she is into it, or not. Answer is known for 99.9% sure, it is all about how to introduce her to inflation. Girl may not be into this, but just play along your fantasies just to please you.

well if i were in your situation id try poking at the idea of inflation before flat out telling her, like if i were watching willy wonka i'd say something like "i always wondered what it would be like if that gum were real, what would that feel like?" something along those lines :)

I told my boyfriend after...6 months. Wanted to wait longer but he made jokes about balloons other strange things happened.
I started to tell I have a secret/something to tell. I made him very curious and each time I told a little clue until he finally guessed it. I also said I was afraid to tell. It went well I think.
I don't know about girls, but maybe if you start to tell you have a secret they get curious?
the big thing is confidence. Don't act like you're revealing that you're actually a serial killer; treat it like what it is: this is something you like and you want to include her in it.
