Hi,
I like the idea of being chased down by a woman who wants to inflate me until I pop, Dig-Dug style.
How could I go about designing a flash game that allows a player to experience this?
Or does one already exist?

Learning flash would be one of the main obstacles as carnatic said. Also you would have to consider how you want to covey the game graphical. Do you want a dig-dug game that has just got different sprites? Or something different where only the inflation is dig-dig style?
I have done graphics programing before and in some cases it can get pretty hard, so if your new to the programing scene I would say play it simple.

Ay, I kinda figured flash would be complicated. I'm not much of a computer-programmer-person-thing :(
And I never thought of it as just replacing the sprites, though it's still not exactly the same..I'd be wanting to be chased and inflated to bursting by a female character, so it's almost like a reverse dig-dug. a dug-dig. lol
You'd have to learn flash. It's a complicated piece of software, not something that someone could teach you to use over a forum, I'm sure there are plenty of on-line tutorials though.
And no, no such game exists to my knowledge.
