Hey just saying or asking for opions dont be rude and harsh, but you think in the future they could have a pill that could make a women or who ever fatter and inflate them in a fast period of time just asking?lol

No, don't be embarrassed. You could do it over a longer period, but it wouldn't be healthy at all and probably would be life-threatening. For instance, there are plenty of substances which will damage the liver in such a way that there will be a build up of fluid in the abdominal cavity and others which work against thyroid hormones, which would cause weight gain. But there would be a host of nasty side effects and they wouldn't be easily reversible.
