This happens as a result of blood flow to tissue in the nasal passages that is very similar to erectile tissue in genitalia. Minute changes in stimulation as small as thinking about a fetish or seeing something arousing can set off a sneezing fit.
To supplement bigganbigga's remarks, changes in that blood flow can also clear a stuffy nose very quickly. "Honey, there's a very important meeting at work today, but this damn head cold is getting me down. How about a quickie to clear my head?"

I sneeze all the time, even when I'm not sneezing. I hate allergy season. I doubt it's connected to any sexual fetish though. you might have a nervous tick or something like that.

I don't see how blood flow would cause you to sneeze, you sneeze when your body is trying to reject something from the nose correct?
The lining on the inside of your nose is incredibly sensitive. The reaction whenever you sense some change inside your nose is to sneeze it out. Usually this is a foreign object or excessive snot, but I suppose that blood flow could have an effect as well.

Ok so, this is something that I have found incredibly odd (disregarding the initial oddity of an inflation fetish), and I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this:
When I start thinking about inflation, I sneeze. Usually twice, sometimes three times. It happens perhaps 90% of the time, and it started several years ago, maybe a year after I first started getting into inflation. There is no possibility it is a coincidence. Thus, I am intrigued and curious to find out whether this happens to any of you guys. So if you feel like it, take mah poll, and if you have any explanation as to why this happens for me (or you), please venture it as I am irritatingly confused by this phenomenon. Tanks guise!
