Read something like this on another forum.

If half of you are like me then there should be a bunch of you who have an idea for a great work of art or an excellent story in your head, but you've never put pen to paper before in your life.

Maybe you don't have enough time. Maybe you feel you don't have the artistic or writing talent to get it to the level you want it at. Maybe, you have started working on it and (like me) your half written/drawn story or drawing has been saved on your computer for the last year and a half and you still haven't finished it.

Well here's a nice, safe, no pressure place where you can share your great idea with the rest of the community. Write as little or as much as you want. Just put it out there.

This is an excelent topic for lurkers and non-joiners to contribute to, so come on everybody!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

For me desiring to be a writer, it's countless disappointment when I get more ideas than actual works. I should make a career of writing out ideas for others to use.

I have a big graveyard of halfstarted epics at my google docs storage.

To big to post here, but I can give read (or read and write) access to anyone who wants

It's really because the project in my signature took 374 damn drawings-and I'd like more than a, "Thanks!" next time I put so much work into something. :-(

I've got plenty of thumbnails/keyframes for other renditions of the TBW inflation that I've yet to inbetween, if ever. It's such a niche interest/audience anyways.

374 is actually not superbad compared to a full short, but it's the hand inking I did afterwards that I don't want to repeat anytime soon. Felt like I had the potential for a YT audience, but a year's too long by now-I've stuck back to single drawings and very small/limited animations.
