Looking for a story (I know, shocker right?)

This is starting to drive me nuts and I need help. I remember reading a story where a woman puts on a suit then inflate her with helium until she's big enough to use as a tv satellite and they contunie to pump her up though out the story. If I remember correctly, they also held a race on the surface of the satellite woman. Ayone know what in the world i'm talking about?
