My girlfriend is really into big bellies. So, she has been pressuring me to inflate her uterus. I'e seen a suit somewhere that has ports for air/liquid tubes, which are fed into the vagina and nipples, to expand the breasts and abdomen and make the girl look pregnant. I was wondering, is there any cheaper way I could do this (buy a special type of sex toy, and inflate it in her uterus?) plz help, I don't want to go and hurt her by doing the wrong thing....

Don't do that, it's very dangerous. There would be pressure on potentially weak blood vessels in the endometrium (lining of the uterus) even if you used an inflatable bladder, which could kill in a few seconds by causing air or fat embolism. As it happens, i did inflate someone's uterus once before i knew about the risks. It does inflate and air then escapes into the peritoneum, but the cervix then dilates as well and it exits very fast unless you can find a way of plugging it. It doesn't cause spectacular results and it doesn't make the woman concerned look pregnant at all.

However, you could inflate her by the normal means - anally or orally - with the right safety precautions, and that would with practice lead to the appearance of pregnancy.
