Real-life inflation "safety tips"?

So, about two weeks ago, I stumbled upon FetishFad's "Annex". For the first few minutes, I thought it was just special effects or second-skin-suits, but I looked into it, did some research, and learned about the body's actual inflatable capacity. Doing some more research, I also heard of a lot of "health risks" and "safety precautions" and "training methods" that one has to attempt before inflating.

What are these? Is there a handy little pamphlet anyone has a link to?

The only thing I know so far is that uterus inflation is dangerous for the blood vessels or something and that anally/orally should be used instead.

Anal inflation is dangerous, as you could rupture your intestines, though some suggest using liquid over air is a safer, more comfortable alternative. (One would think that you'd be in a certain amount of pain before any seriois injury was done.) Please be careful with anal inflation and don't push yourself to try to "increase capacity".
Oral inflation works well with food or liquid, but the stomach isn't really made to hold air well and you may experince extreme discomfort... And burping.
Hope my experience helps broaden your knowledge on the subject :)
