Help finding a picture?

SO a while back, before the site revamp I found a picture on here that was from some manga. I no longer know where it is. it was in Japanese, and it had a guy inflating a girl. Oddly enough, there was no nudity in that page; she was wearing a one-piece swimsuit. i seem to remember her being on all fours, and her belly being inflated with some liquid.

Also, I think the guy had glasses.

Any help will be much apprecited.
