I'm not sold on the whole hypnosis thing in the first place, but you may have heard of various hypnosis MP3s for various results.
Do you know of any belly inflation related ones? I'm curious to try those.

I have never found any ones that have worked. But I have been hypnotised and it's more like a dream. It felt like I was being put directly into an expansion based dream a story made by the hypnotist. From my perspective, hypnosis really works; but only if the hypnotist is there to monitor how deep into trance the listener is.
So... I think it's a lucid dream in control of someone else. You just need... the someone else.
