If an inflatee (typically ladies) had one or muliple belly button piercings how would this affect them in either full body inflation or blueberrification???

You would need to get pretty large in order for it to affect a piercing. The piercing is deep, but not that deep. And jewelry would need to sized to the point of not having any "wiggle room" on both sides of the piercing. Absolutely no different than girls that get pierced, then later get pregnant. Usually it just gets uncomfortable, worse case, if its a bar style piece, the ends can get pulled under the skin if the ball, ornament, or whathaveyou, is small enough (I've seen that happen before). Or if the ends are large, or its a ring style item, the skin could stretch and tear.
Now if you are talking just fantasy possibilities, I've just wasted your time ;)
Well, by-and-large, navel piercings don't pierce into the interior of the body - just the outer skin - so it wouldn't be like a pinhole in a balloon or anything. However, as the skin became stretched due to inflation/expansion, I could see this placing a strain on the piercing itself, possibly causing it to pop out or come loose - which could present a popping hazard, if there are any sharp parts to it that could puncturre the inflatee's tightly stretched body.
Admittedly, I'm not an expert on the physics/anatomy of piercings, so I may well be missing a whole host of possibilities.
