Not sure if it's really on-topic, and the pictures being posted were drifting into the realm of the problematic so I've taken this post down while I figure out what to do with it.

I wasn't following it recently but from what i saw from a few weeks ago, it was certainly interesting although it does belong somewhere else.

The thread had been around for over a year.  Only thing that changed is that a user started posting tons of random pics of guys with breasts.  If that's what the problem was, delete those posts and tell him not to do that.  As to whether or not it belongs here, there are plenty of threads in the message board regarding implants.  I fail to see how those would be relevant and this one would not be just because of the gender receiving them.  Both of them involve enlarging a body part beyond what is normal.

I agree with oh2bpreg, it is enlargement of a body part. and I really enjoyed having somewhere I could go with so many others like me, who have or want to have breasts. implanted or otherwise.

I'm sad this happened as the original post was pretty good.  Too bad someone ruined it with inappropriate replies.  IMO men with implants is just as on-topic as women with implants.

The issue is that conventional breast implants (i.e., the non-inflating kind) aren't relevant.

There are a lot of posts that aren't really relevant to inflation. In most cases I let them slide because they tend to quickly fizzle and fade away without my intervention. That wasn't the case with this post.

Give it back to us please. Can't you just make a special section for it or something?

It's not likely that I'll bring it back. I don't see implants as being sufficiently relevant to body inflation. I'm open to input, but most of the feedback I've gotten on the subject so far has been negative. And more importantly, I've yet to see a compelling case for its inclusion.
