I don't think so...

I'm almost sure that the only one who do is Blowupboy, the owner of his own company : Squeaklatex

I'm almost sure he is the one who sell suits to everyone on this site ;)

I have built many of my own suits. It's easy :p you just gotta know what you're doing.
