The new She-Hulk novel The She-Hulk Diaries has an inflation scene that reads a lot like the inflation scene in the cartoon series Stripperella, with a mad villain causing underfed models to inflate during a show. It's not a terribly long scene--maybe 2 pages out of 328--but here's an excerpt:

Concluding the procession was Designer X, holding hands with the girl in the bride's gown. But Designer X stopped midway on the runway. He brought a mic to his mouth and shouted, ""And now, let the real fat-shion show begin!"
People looked around expoectantly--and then a model screamed as her thighs began expanding with in her clothes.
Other models shrieked as their stomachs filled out to giant bellies, and their tiny asses grew to enormous dimensions. The VIP guests, all in their cream cloeths, joined in the madness, watching their narrow bodies bloat within the confines of the cream clothes.
The clothes! Everyone who was wearing Designer X's fashions was swelling. ...
Designer X jeered, "She-Hulk! Working the Ho's-R-Us look as usual. But it's too late. My fat-shions have already transformed all the beautiful people of the fashion industry into joggly, blubbery beasts! ... And there's nothing you can do about it. In ten minutes, the hideous anatomical changes will be irreversible, and these fasion elites will forever be assumed to want to supersize their greasy fries with that shake."

I don't want to give too much away in case anyone was planning on reading it. Suffice it to say that She-Hulk either rushes to the rescue, or butts in where she doesn't belong, depending whose side you're on.
Oh do tell more. Is it worth buying?
