I'd suggest filling them with hydrogen, the lightest gas ever, then they'll weight merely 300-400 pounds and will push the ceiling up with the difference between these two weights. If they get outside, then sex will take place on the altitude 15 miles where temperature is -48 F. Take warm clothes! ^_^

In the real world, I'm partial to smaller women, so I chose "Jenny." The fact that you included the words "so far" in your description leads me to believe that 45 feet is in no way her absolute maximum size. Besides, big inflations look even bigger and more dramatic on smaller women, in my opinion anyway.
