I've been working over an idea of mine for a day or so now, is the premise any good?

Hi. I haven't written much before, and my stuff isn't that well known, but I've recently been thinking about this idea I had for a story/universe, and I was wondering if people thought it could actually work, despite how smutty it may seem at first.

The basic premise is that, in the world of the story, all women are able to inflate themselves at will through whatever means they like (hose, some sort of special food/drink, a simple magic spell applied by touch, blowkiss, etc.) and they find it incredibly pleasurable, so much so that they'll take almost any free time to inflate themselves and they often organise small parties which are basically inflation orgies. Only issue with this is, no man is allowed to know of this happening. It's all done in secrecy, and any products related to inflation are sold in secret and the companies making them can only employ women. If a man finds out, he has to be gotten rid of, usually by popping. Women can pop and reform as often as they like, but if a man pops then he's dead as a doornail.

I've got this premise worked out, only place to go from here is to come up with any stories that can show up from this and to refine it to make it make a bit more sense, and be a bit less of a blatant fantasy. What do you guys think?
