Looking for a story

The story I am looking for is about a girl in a sauna and a large lady leaves at the beginning the girl then proceeds to swell up all this being done by the large lady due to her having powers I think

I need help locating a story...

Essentially, the main character gets a medallion or charm in the mail;  When she touches something, or someone, and says the command word, it gets transported into a pocket dimension that resides in her belly, and her belly expands in proportion to the item transported.  Things go slightly out of control after that.

 

Any clues?  (My google-fu stinks for finding things like this...)
