Origin unknown. As far as I can tell, it's a clip from a video about the horrors of modern poultry production. But instead of showing us chickens, they show us Isabella Rossellini in a cage. And her breasts inflate.

Trivia: US federal regulations outlawed the use of hormones and steroids on poultry over 50 years ago. So the bit about being fed hormones to grow their breasts is bunk.
