Hmmmmm then i have one how about "my pet monster" the episode call "boogie blues" there are three inflation scene in this episode the plot is that chucky (i think that he is call i can't remember) invented a super inflatable lifejacket and made monster wear it like i said there are three inflation scene. Scene 1: monster inflate the jacket in the tree house and it inflate out of control. Scene 2: Monster inflates is jacket and unplug it to save max. Scene 3: Beaster eat the inflatable lifejacket then it start to inflate inside him.

There was this TV series in the late 80's called "Cobra". The episode was called "death dive" (I googled it).

It's about a diver who get killed getting his drysuit inflated until it explodes. 

If you google "cobra death dive" you will see a link to the episode on dailymotion.

I don't dare to see it again. The episode traumatized me as a kid, since it was very evil and scary.

Checked out the Cobra, I was hoping for more a better shot of the inflation, just see a drysuit arm fill up with air a little.

But, you'll be happy to know that it's impossible for that to happen in real life. I'm a diver and dive the same superlite helmets. They and the suits have a purge valve, so if the pressure or suit did over inflate, it would simply purdge via the valves. Even if those valves were blocked, the suit woudl just blow up, burst and that would be able it. Doubtful that you would sustain any injury, let alone die from it.

Really curious about this Yogurt monster. It wasn't the 1980's movie "The Stuff" was it? That's the only thing I can see that might be about a living yogurt. Doesn't really show it inflates it victims or anything though. Any one have information on this?

Interesting but like i said i think there was inflation there was one where a guy got run over a couple of time by a huge truck until (forgive me if i scare you guys) his head exploded and there was a other scene with a black guy was acting wierd around the main character then his mouth open extremly wide then the living yogurt started to come out of it mouth then the black guy exploded that all i remember sorry if i was not any help 8(

But like i said i "think" there was inflation in that movie but my memory is very vague so i can't be sure.

Speaking of random, one clip i'm trying to find is from the Cartoon Victor and Huge (early 90's) From what i can remember the smaller one is diving (in an old style suit) The air gets put on reverse and he gets sucked down small (it is a cartoon after all).

They reflate him with an air compressor tablet? Or something like that, but it does it's job to well and he ends up as a huge inflated diving suit. I beleive it's from the episode Water Boobies Episode 4 of season 1.

Unfortunatly the torrents i've find don't include some episodes, including that one. If anyone else has any luck would be great. One of those child hood memories that i've never been able to track down since.

I didn't notice the expansion at first. But at the end the lady with the green shirt rubs her breasts making some balloon noises. So I went back to 0:45 And realized the hissing and ballooning sounds.

Recently I found this short animation that I remembered seeing when I was a child.

It's from a 1980's UK children's animated show about a clay character called Morph (the brown one) and his friend Chas (the beige one).
I remember seeing this when I was young, and I only rediscovered it recently:

Not only that, but there is ANOTHER inflation scene right after it! :)
It involves the blonde haired girl wearing an inflatable suit, but when they start to inflate it something goes wrong and it blows up controllably to a HUGE SIZE before exploding.

It occurs right after the first inflation scene above. :)

Thought I'd revisit this site, and have a few more contributions.
Looking back on it, I can remember seeing about SEVEN different scenes from various TV Shows on TV has a child, which I've never been able to find anywhere online.

So, if anyone's interested I thought I might list them here (in no particular):

They are:

* From a 1980's children's Cartoon called Kissyfur (which is about a bear living with a community of animals in the woods, Sylvanian Families style).
One of the 'bad guys' in the show was a crocodile, and for reasons I've forgotten in one episode they set a trap above a lake/pond, with a huge net full of tins of beans in it (don't ask).
The Crocodile (possibly trying to get the beans) is in the water, looks up with his mouth open in shock just has the huge net of tins falls on him.
Very shortly after we see a scene of him being dragged out of the lake/pond having 'swallowed' ALL the beans through his open mouth, and his bloated body is now swollen with 'tin shapes' inside it.

*The other (perhaps more well known) scene comes from the 80's cartoon Heathcliff.
One of the main characters (a short brown cat called Riff-Raff) is trying to cross a pond undetected for some reason using the 'hidden-under-water-breathing-through-a-tube' trick.
Some ducks passing by see this, look suspicious, and the main duck takes a long deep breath down the tube. Riff-Raff then bobs to the surface like a big round balloon, whereupon the main duck starts tickling him causing him to giggle, before the inevitable scene of him rocketing away like a balloon.
(For the record I actually found a screen cap from this scene online on another inflation forum, but I've long since forgotten where it was.
It does, however, prove that this scene DID actually, and that I didn't imagine it).

* The next comes from a little know cartoon called Ovide's video (which, by all accounts, was probably European).
It follows pretty much the same set-up has before-a purple snake traveling underwater to avoid being seen, is spotted by another snake, who then blows hard down the pipe, and we see the purple snake now all blown up, before flying away like a balloon.

* Back in the 1970's they actually did a cartoon series on Plastic Man (probably by Hanna Barbara-it was certainly their style).
I can remember there being at least three instances from different episodes of him inflating-once when he was fighting a bad guy he took on the shape and features of a bubble, the other was when a character was falling towards the ground from a great height and Plastic Man ran over and inflated himself to look like a crash map causing the man to bounce off of him, and the other time he was on a crocodile infested river for some reason and he inflated his lower part of his body so that he bobbed up and down like a navy buoy, where upon the nearest crocodile grabs a branch in it's mouth and uses it to 'burst' him, causing him to fly away quickly.

The last one I remember quite vividly.

It comes from a very old Fred Quimby cartoon from like the 1940s/50s, and featured a character called Barney Bear (who I think was quite a popular cartoon character back then).
He had gone fishing (or camping, I think) and was being harassed by some other wildlife animals there, who didn't really want him there.
At some point during the chaos he ends up sitting in a pond, and one of the other animals puts something in his mouth (I can't remember what exactly, but probably the nozzle on his inflatable bed) that suddenly causes his whole head to just blow up really big like a balloon, which stays there for a few seconds before quickly deflating back to normal size.

If anyone can remember any of these scenes, or knows anything about them, please feel free to comment about them.
I might have a few more that will occur to me, and if I remember anymore I post them on here.

There is an episode of All That featuring the character Super Dude, who's weakness is milk.  In the episode he faces off against a villain called Cow Boy, a half human, half cow character that shoots milk at Super Dude with a set of udders.  Super Dude defeats him by lassoing him and tying up the udders.  As Super Dude stands over him, victorious, Cow Boy's udders begin to inflate.  The local on lookers observe this and one even shoots, "His milk's all backed up! He's fixin' to blow!" Super Dude and several others run to take cover, leaving Cow Boy to his explosive fate.  The doomed villain gives one last horrified "Mooooo-" just before he bursts and splashes milk everywhere!

This particular scene I had a lot to do with my fascination with inflation and bursting at such a young age.  I think what I liked most was that Cow Boy was so vunerable, unable to stop his swelling udders from destroying.  And at the same time, no one came to his aid.  Rather than saving him from certain doom, everyone, including the heroic Super Dude, let him die.

Astonishingly, since my last post, I've actually came across one of the ones I've mentioned above! :)

It's the Barney Bear cartoon that I mentioned. Whilst looking around online I stumbled upon it purely by chance on Youtube.

It's called The Little Wise Cracker, and was made in 1952.

The scenario is that Barney Bear has gone Duck Hunting, but the wildlife in question decides to fight back.

The scene in question occurs at 5:43, where the duck puts the nozzle of his inflatable raft in his mouth causing his head to swell up:

Strangely, it doesn't seem quite as good or vivid has I remembered it. :/
