A question about inflation suits.

This is just a short topic that I wanted to ask about.

I've noticed that there are pictures, and even videos, online showing people wearing latex rubber suits that can be inflated, and that some of the people on here have discussed it themselves.

One question that I've always wondered is, where do you GET these suits? Who actually makes them, and how?
And exactly where can you buy them, and for how much? (presumably online).

I don't actually want to buy one, mind you-I haven't really got the time or money for things like that, and it'll probably be one of those expensive buys I'd probably hardly use.

I was just curious, that's all.

I've had a few inflatable rubber suits over the last couple years.  My first ones came from the now defunct rubbercatsuits.co.uk, but my latest (ordered in 2011 and received in 2012) came from Squeak Latex.  If you look on their website, the suit I have is the 'Huge Blowup Suit' and it is awesome.

Granted, they are expensive and the continual fate of Squeak's business is unpredictable, but in the end it's worth it when the company delivers the goods.

I had some from China and the quality was not great, they were around £200 in about 2007, I have heard the quality from China has improved though. I have a cocoon one that cost £300 but it's made in England and has lasted 11 years.  It's only now getting some small pin prick holes in the inner latex, easily patched. I'd recommend getting a British or German made one. Very high quality.
