Do you inflate dresses? If so what type?
One type of dress i'm interested in, but neather seen a woman inflate a balloon under it is a satin Qipao chinese dress.
Also what is the most expensive clothing you inflated and ruined?

Say,, that's a good idea. I inflate balloons and pillows in my clothes, but I've never blown up a dress. I've worn stretchy dress, and blown up massive balloons in them, not sure if that's what you mean? I've found sun dresses from clearance sections in 6XL..they seem to be quite stretchy.
