I've heard how dangerous it is to inflate your real body parts and i want to know where to get some inflateable ones. I need cheap ones though and any kind would do (belly, Breast, body, etc. etc.)

eBay is one of the best places to look - you can pick up an inflatable pregnancy belly for a little under £4/$6. Inflatable boobs are on there too!
If you're after something that does full body inflation, you could buy an inflatable body suit off eBay too, but most of those are 'fan blown' ones and they won't inflate underneath clothing - I have bought these in the past but was left rather disappointed.
If you're after the proper inflatable stuff, Google SqueakLatex but be prepared to pay a premium for the 'proper' stuff (£400/$600).
There are silicone pregnancy bellies and boobs etc. that you can buy but these, too, carry a premium of at least £100/$150 - plus they're solid silicone so don't inflate!
I'm saving for a SqueakLatex suit - in the meantime I inflate four of these inflatable pregnancy bellies (one at the front, one at the back and one at either side of me) which makes me look fairly rounded!

You could always just use beach balls or balloons under some clothing... Most of what you see is going to be pretty aesthetically displeasing, at least in my opinion. The most realistic props I've ever seen were the ones I believe AirWolf made for BambiBlaze's productions, which are now owned by Taylormadeclips. You're going to have to use your imagination regardless, but simple and easy stuff works quite well if you're on a budget.

That's about all you need really. The sizes of everything just depend on how big you would like to get and how fast you get there.

Come on man, read the full post.
Though it makes me wonder exactly how they were created and how exactly they function. If I had to take a guess, I would say that he made them out of some sort of costume rubber and would place a bladder inside the props to inflate instead of making the prop inflatable, allowing for easier repair in the event of popping. I would be willing to bet that it was an intensive process to just make those 3 props, or else that guy could have probably made a mint.
Generally I think they're all homemade, at least the ones that show up in videos and stuff. It would be nice if there was a place that sold them but I don't think that exists yet :P
