Holding It

I just had a few quick questions for those who inflate for real.

Once you're full, how long do you stay like that? Do you just "deflate" immediately, or do you try to hold it as long as possible? Is it easier to hold water or air, or do you do something else entirely? Is there a danger in holding it?

What do you know?

Just a little more. You can take it...I hope...

Once ive inflated myself, I hold in the air for as long as i can untill I can feel tge pressure starting to become too much. Personally I find air is alot easier because it has no weight to it whereas water does.

I know this isn't quite the same thing but how about when a girl has her clothes stuffed full of balloons and doesn't want any of them to pop because she loves how awesome she looks? :)

I'm sure that's an amazing feeling for those who are into that, but I was looking for opinions of people who inflate themselves with air or water like I do.

I'm still wrapping my head around the idea that you can inflate yourself with air/water.

Just search "belly inflation" on YouTube. You're sure to get some real things. A lot of the stuff there is spam, but there's a few good real ones.

Actually for me this is the only way for me to enjoy it. Its quite possible to get a gallon of water inside your colon pushing your belly out quite a bit, and giving you a rather heavy, stretching feeling. I used to do air a lot, and the feeling of inflating is great, but I always hated deflation and how much of a pain it is. I guess I just love seeing my belly distend.

While I can't say I know medically what's safe, assuming its air and its taken in anally, I dont think any amount of time holding it is dangerous, assuming your not in pain or over inflated. If you inflate with water anally, the only safe method is isotonic water which can be created by using one teaspoon of seasalt for each litre/quart of water. The reason its safe is because isotonic water doesnt get absorbed into the body, and some people say that taking in 4 quarts or more of water and holding it is good for the intestines as it stimulates peristalsis and strengthens it, although, it isnt confirmed in modern studies.
So for both of those, I'd say hours if you can hold it, though I can't guarantee it's 100% safe.
