I was wondering if anyone has ever come across videos of inflatable dolls being over inflated.
For that matter I haven't ever seen a video of a doll being inflated to regular size.
Can anyone help me?

If you search the BEA forum for old posts from around 2004 (I think), you might be able to find LWEP. That stands for the Letha Weapons Expansion Project. It was a guy who bought a latex Letha Weapon's sex doll and did various inflation experiments with it, using string or tape to keep the shape from stretching out of control. He posted various pictures of breast and hourglass expansions he'd done with the doll.
I'm quite fond of the same thing, but haven't really been able to find much content like that. I'm mostly just old hairy guys humping blowup dolls :P
I did find quite a few videos of girls with blowup dolls on VK, should be one or two videos where they're infalted. I have added them all to my profile, have a look, see if anything floats your boat:
