I made a few animations

Since flipnote 3D isnt ever going to be released in the US, I made these animations on pencil and paper, but hey, I can now say I tried it out.

Your Alice one is actually good, kind of makes you look at the scene differently. I wouldn't mind seeing other animated inflation spots.

Flipnote 3D isn't the only app of its kind. Naturally, your options will vary depending on your computing platform and any hardware you might have (such as a tablet for desktops, or even an iPad-like tablet with stylus). If your wallet is constraining you to scanning paper sketches, then work with what you have. Thanks for sharing.

I can save up for animation software, but I am practicing pencil and paper animation for now. Heck, I got an expansion animation planned in the future.

One package you might wish to consider is Anime Studio:

It is somewhat Flash-like in that it uses vector art which can be "tweened" between keyframes, saving you the effort of having to draw every single frame. But you can draw individual frames, too. Anime Studio can also import "bitmapped" art (photos) and apply "bones" the same way 3D packages do. Another feature commonly found in 3D packages is particle generators.
