Depends on world, really ^_^
In the world I imagine, they will have 10-30 seconds of stuffing before it turns into inflation. During this time they are free to do something not funny to the inflator. If they just happen to study kekujudo, kapo-aira or qui-fu - they will be free to act as they please even when very inflated.

feed them bean's, they will get gassy
I just set an inflation remote to balloon and zap people without them knowing.
