Soda Inflation

Hi, my name is Lili and I'm 22F. (Now that brief introduction is over, phew...)

I'm relatively new to exploring body inflation in real life. And I've mostly been attempting water bloating and soda, which gives nice results. 

I did buy mentos today - what's the safest way to do it? Which order do I take them? I've looked online but all people say is "Don't do it", "You'll die" and "You'll vomit" as a response which I can't fully believe happens 100% of the time but it's planted seeds of doubt of it's safety in my mind. Then again I watch harmless bloat videos online so... I don't know!

Any other methods of inflation a beginner skinny girl can look into? My tummy's been stretching with weight gain which I'm super pleased about ^-^

bloating your stomach is totally safe if you don't overdo it (like force chugging more than 5 liter) and keep sure, that your electrolytes are in balance, to prevent water poisoning: http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication

If you use mentos, drink diet coke and than chug a few mentos, to get the best results.

You can also try to inflate anally with air or with water, you just need an airpump, an enema bag or a shower hose. Stop if you feel pain, the first times you may can't inflate noticeable big, but after a few trys you should get bigger each time.

Just search "belly inflation" on youtube to see how other peolpe inflate.

I've found the results to be somewhat underwhelming. What seems to happen is that the pressure exerted by the stomach walls stops the gas coming out of solution. If you're skinny though, it might work, and if you do it slowly it might be fun because you then get the repeated feeling of "oh God I can't take any more" and then you "have to".

Well, to start off, most of the research and testimonials I have found say that the coke and mentos things internally dont usually work because the mentos "holes" (that react with the carbon dioxide) usually get destroyed or coated by any amount of saliva, so swallowing it wont work. You might get a little, but generally not. 
And the issue is that even if it does work, the stomach isnt supposed to be stretched normally more than three litres at a time, so there could theoreticallly be too much pressure that before you could vomit could cause a tear in the stomach.

Now, if you want distention, as mentioned above, I find that anal inflation with either air or water works best; they typically yeild similar results. The difference is the feeling from each, with water being a heavier stretch and air being lighter. Moderation is of course key, as the intestines can only safely hold about 1 PSI of water or air, but the general adult can safely hold about 4 litres of water or air. However, do not expect to contain that much the first few times as the large intestine and rectum isn't used to that, so it can take a few times to get some noticable distention. Never try to push yourself, that doesn't work, and you can end up rupturing your body. Remember, no fetish is worth dying over just for a risk.

I find using an aquarium pump is the nicest and most relaxing way to inflate, although you can use a bike pump or something with really low pressure.

For water, go with an enema kit, because you can add salt (one teaspoon to each litre) to the water to make it isotonic. The benefit to that, is that the water won't be absorbed in the intestines, nor will water leech out of the body into it, so you can safely retain the water and not risk water intoxication.

I can attest to ACG ^^^^

I've been inflating off and on for the last year and a half, but more recently I've been able to set up a schedule. Anal Air inflation via ball pump/aquarium pump are how I go about my sessions. One thing though that I've noticed that makes the this type of inflation difficult is being "flushed out". Literally any blockage can really hamper your inflation sessions, and so it pays to have a regulated digestive system. If possible I use the restroom many times an hour/hours before hand to make sure things work as best they can.

I just recently got to the point where I can really feel the pressure in my midsection after about 3-4 minutes of pumping away, and trust me the feeling is phenomenal. Once you get full, simply stroking your belly with the tips of your nails can be pleasureable.

Though, starting out, what ACG said about safety can not be understated. Doing this is something your insides are NOT meant to naturally do. Feel pain? STOP. I ignored this in my earlier sessions, rationalizing that "those small pains aren't that bad," but honestly its not worth the gamble. Rupture anything down there and its bad-news bears and likely a hospital visit(based on stories I've heard.)

Have you tried to take one or several enemas before inflating with air? With that you should get better results without pain, because nothing will block the air flow.
