Advice Please, New to Inflation

Hi, I'm a girl new to the site. Some TMI lady-stuff information below but I really need some advice on inflation and how long it lasts in the body. FOR SAFETY! QAQ

I've watched the body inflation and expansion communities for a couple years now. I have a weird fixation (hence username) with the topics for only occassionally. Every few months or so I'll have a sudden urge to consume a ton of media on the subjects, get tired down after a few days, and stop.

I usually have no intention of participating in the endeavors, especially since the thought of gaining weight on myself mortifies me. (I'm 5ft 7 in, around 140-145 pounds since going to college. perfectly normal weight, size 6-ish)

I had never considered doing it until recently (a couple days ago). My sudden inhibition on the subject is no doubt corrolated with my period (if that's TMI I'm sorry) as it's the only time I get remotely aroused, when it suddenly became an interesting idea to try the swallowing air method. It didn't seem to work just by itself, but I found that it's exceptionally easy to swallow air while in the shower and waters in your face. I believe I did inflate successfully, I was already bloated from my period to start (it makes me go up half a size normally QmQ) but my stomach was definitely more distended in the air and curved at belly button much more than usual.

I figured this would go away by the morning (I did it late at night last night) but I feel like I'm still more bloated than my usual on-my-period bloatedness. Does anyone know how long this type of inflation lasts?

I tried coke and mentos today but it didn't work or I did it wrong. I want to try orally with a bike pump tonight but I'm not sure.

How big do first timers typically get? Last night it felt like I got pretty big considering, it looked like I had a small potbelly which is a huge difference than what I normally am.

TLDR: How long does swallowing-air inflation typically last before full deflation? Thank you <3

Well, I'd like to help you with your predicament. I've been practicing inflation on and off for about 5 years now, so hopefully I can answer your questions.

For one, A lot of people get aroused by seeing their bellies distend, either due to a scientific reason such as it representing good health (ate a large meal, pregnant, ETC...), or due to subconscious reasons people dont really understand. So the fact that you have it shouldn't really come as a surprise if it has to you, because every arousal has a reason.

Second, if you swallow air, that can take anywhere from a few hours or a couple days (or longer), as the air has to travel through the small intestines as well as the large intestines. Since it will kind of be stuck in the intestines, you can expect some bloating and cramping. It passes faster if you dont eat, but not eating really isnt healthy for the sake of trying inflation. It's nothing to worry about though, the body is built to pass swallowed air and air trapped in foods.

Now, for the coke and mentos, that doesnt actually work, because there are "Craters" on the mentos that react to the coke which causes it to fizz up like we all know. the problem is there is no way to get it to the stomach without disolving those craters, so while you may get a bit, it certainly wont be like the videos you see.

For the bike pump, people try those things and they say it works easier. I wish you luck, and make sure to clean it first.

How big do first timers get? Well, if they do inflate, barely anywhere, because they haven't developed the muscles for distention and retention. Many people, myself included inflate anally, and that can get much more air inside of you causing much more distention (plus it only goes into your large intestines, so its less crampy and deflation is immensly faster). Even with that in mind, if you do try it, initially you wont really get anywhere because, again, you havent developed the internal muscles for it. Like a body builder that goes to the gym, you have to practice and get used to doing that exercise to build muscle for it.

Also, one last note, many people don't really see the inflation as a weight gain thing, its more for the distended/pregnant look and feeling. I don't personally like weight gain, and I don't really consider belly distention as a fattening experience/look.
