I never really measured. for anal, the most I've been able to hold was about 5 litres of isotonic water, and I think my belly distended (diameter, not circumfrence) around 4-5 inches, though I don't really remember nor did I ever try to measure. Air is around that too, sometimes more distention.
Are you talking anal/oral inflation or with a suit?
