Unique Or New Tips?

I have been keeping up with all the latest belly inflation methods and tips I could find for the past 3-4 years now and I am pretty sure I have hit the bottom of the barrel. I am an active inflationist using 2 aquarium pumps for 1-2 inflation sessions a night. I have a habit of going on and off of inflation, but I am trying to make this a continual practice so I can increase my capacity. Does anyone have any personal or unique or practices that they use for either increasing capacity or making the journey to fully inflated easier?

I have been a member on here for a while now and I usually kept quiet due to a bit of shyness about this matter. I have accepted my fetish a little more openly now but I still keep it to myself irl. I enjoy reading these forums and seeing how enthusiastic everyone is here about inflation. I am so glad this place exists.

First of all, thanks for being on the forums! We actually have a few lurkers on here so if your not comfortable posting stuff due to whatever personal reasons, then no worries.

Second, there might be better people who can answer this, but I don't think you can really increase capacity beyond a certain point, nor would you want to. I actually made the switch from air to isotonic water and while it is without a doubt my favourite method, I haven't really seen an increase in capacity (I average around 4 litres of water). I can't think of the term, but the catch 22 about increasing capacity is that I've heard it can be done, but you'll develop possible permanent problems. The term thrown around on enema forums is the "aquired megacolon" in which your body develops more colon so you can hold more air or water. The issue is that this is known to cause issues such as constant constipation as your colon is now too long, and begins to absorb too much water as the food passes through your system. I think your large intestine can develop better muscle tone, but only to a point, and then the (possible) megacolon kicks in.

Personally, while I love inflation, I wouldn't suggest doing it anymore than 2-3 times a  week, even once every two weeks as we don't know the possible long term damage of doing it so frequently, whereas if the body has time to "recover" I don't think there'd be any issues. I'd love to increase my capacity and get a more distended belly when inflating, but I don't think getting a megacolon is worth the tradeoff in the long run. That being said if anyone knows more about this, please do take this open invitation to prove me wrong!

Your welcome :)

And I think I should have worded this a little different. I know that over time you can reach your inflation limit, but getting there usually takes years of practice. I should have asked what are some unique or new tips for achieveing your limit. When I first started out inflating I couldn't get very big, but now "even though I still haven't done it in a while" I can get bigger than I did back about 2-3 years ago.

In that case the best way I can describe that is "Muscle memory". Essentially you have already built up the muscle for capacity, so when you take a break and go back to it, you'll either be at a pretty full capacity and get back to peak capacity or already be at that point. This is pretty common for Bodybuilders as if they are in some sort of accident and they can't work out for a few months, they end up shrinking down as the body doesn't see a need for the extra muscle. But when they get back to the gym, the body sees that it "needs" to have muscle in that situation so rather than having to go through the very hard effort of rebuilding muscle, the body drastically encourages it making growth much faster and easier.

As for me. I don't really actively try to push my limit as long term I don't think it'd be healthy, so I can't really answer that question sorry.

InfRD

I too would like any tips on how to increase my capacity. One time I was on a pump for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and then I held it in for 20 minutes. I tried again the next day and didn't notice a difference.

I suppose if I kept trying to hold in in for a while like that, the capacity would increase.
