For me, as much as I'd want to blow myself up, it's something I'd love to share with others. They can be close, like a significant other, or anyone in this kink, or even someone trying to get turned onto this kink. Doing that would bring as much joy to me as inflating myself.

I'm assuming that if I choose to inflate someone else, they'd be a willing participant? Because I'm not about to blow someone up against their will. ^^;
That having been said, I think I'd choose to inflate myself first and foremost, just to see what it felt like (and to see how big i can get). Granted, it would depend on how the inflation's being achieved (ie. pumps/tanks, pills, deep breaths, etc.), but it's an opportunity I don't think I'd be able to pass up.
After that, I can think of at least a handful of people I'd gladly inflate in real-life. Most are girls I've known personally, though there are a few models I wouldn't mind seeing pumped up as well. Again, it all hinges on them being willing participants.

My Girlfriend IRL had me inflate her once with a bike pump. She became huge, since she apparently lost a lot of weight before college. We both agreed never to inflate each other again, since she was bloated for about a week after :/
