Isn't the PM system more E-mail than instant messaging, would me and friend have to spam F5.
Is it possible to RP without Skype or Kik?
My phone is too old and not Kik compatible and after years of bugs, crashes, terrible call quality, viruses and contact loss I rage uninstalled Skype when my contacts list stopped working completely and vowed to never use it again. Is it actually possible for me to RP?

I have never used Kik or Skype, I'm a YIM girl. While I am very selective about my RP pals, I've never had technology be a hindrence.

it is possible, but you will miss out on so many people that only use skype/kik/yim.

Roleplaying in general seems to ebb and flow. I roleplayed with a few people and then they just disappeared after a time. Then I found new RP contacts and things were good for a while and then the same thing happened.
I decided to just not bother with it anymore.

I still use yim to rp, though only with a few people, finally made skype so I can add more people later if they switch

I abandoned yahoo a long time ago. Updates on it sucks. That's why I dropped it all together. And yes people fade in and out just like any other site that you RP on.
