I've never seen a full episode, but I was under the impression it was supposed to be more of an action show than something which got this cartoony. Whatever, question stands.

Hmm, I never saw that scene, just one where they had inflatable suits for buoyancy or something (they ended up jumping off a roof and using the suits that way)

I always absolutely loved the inflatable suits they were wearing in some of the episodes! Secretly I was always hoping for a live action movie involving the suits haha

this show was always playing around with a fetish of some kind, and even when they werent, the spies pose like they are in a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue magazine.
