If it is done properly (sterile, tie off, do not overpump) i don't see any danger for my life. There is no way to die because of some n2o under skin (unless it migrates to brain or something). Someone will say something about embolism but it is only possible when air gets straight into vein. Blood stream is closed and nothing can get into it without dissolving in blood. Even if i hurt blood vessel it will heal the same way like when you get cut.

Alright, kids lets step back for a second here. Now, for one, I have no doubts about this possibly being safe. What I mean by that is that I do believe there is a method of insufflation to do this, but I do not know of it. I also think that just like anal inflation, this is probably improvised, and with that has its own set of risks. Do I think this can be deadly? Absolutely. But I also am not experienced in this section and there may be sections of the internet that are, such as "body mod" sites.
I believe N2O isn't a bad choice for this (in theory, of the very little I know of skin inflation) as it's sterile and I don't believe diffuses into cells. (This is based on food grade N2O and not the car N2O as the latter is very toxic.) I do still think it's very dangerous but again, I know next to nothing about skin inflation and I don't very well want to learn it right now. My point being is that Dean may be able to do this with next to no problems. I've inflated anally many times before when people thought that was really dangerous (and it can be), so who's to say that this impossible to do? It's certainly not the first time I've heard of it, but I'd also never encourage someone to try this or any form of body inflating.
One more thing, this is a site for discussion about body inflation. Please try to refrain from talking about sexual organs as a means of comparison on here, please.
