But i was wondering.. If someone or anyone know how to get a inflatable latex/rubber suit cheaply or if someone is willing to sell me one?
I dont have a lot of money but its been my dream for many years now to own one!

Depends on how cheap you want to go. There's the most basic of basic, the homemade ones, but those arn't that great. one that is actually a one-piece that can actually expand, that gets costly.
