Oh, definitely her classic red and black jester outfit. I thought the fact that the expansion is caused by laughing would be especially fitting for her.

Wow...not sure. Im tempted to say Jessica Rabbit, but thats a cliche. Itd be a hell of an amazing cliche.
Ironically, I forgot about the Roger Rabbit one lol Thats a great one, too, and Lola would be great because the scene is already done with a rabbit :p

That bit from Alfred J. Kwak where one of the characters takes "elephant pills" to boost his performance in a race or something. He wins, but during the award ceremony he blows up and his beak gets longer.
Obviously without the nose growth and on a hot chick instead of a male cartoon animal.
