Coincidental Inflation Story Acceptable?

A friend of mine several months ago asked me to post parts of a story I was writing (Teslite) to this website since it contained elements of inflation/expansion. I'd love to contribute the rest, but, I'm not sure if it would be appropriate. Most of the inflation/expansion is coincidental to the story and does not fully focus on that subject. I thought it would be nice to have something with a plot (not strictly be an inflation story), whereas it may be appealing to a more broader audience.

It's probably no big deal, but, I'd like to hear someone else's opinion on the matter before I go anywhere with it. Would something like this be acceptable for the website (since the expansion is coincidental)? If not, is there any alternatives to this site (preferably not DeviantArt, had some bad experiences there...).

Thanks in advance. :)

Teslite - love that story! ^_^ And sure, no prob if I may ^_^

Don't be that hard on a single innocent comment, I hope it's not what keeps you from writing, because that would be rather confusing ^_^

Incidentally starting inflation, going bigger than expected by pure coincidence, even incidentally popping - is rather frequent in inflation fiction!

Loss of control - remember?

What's a better way to lose control than by coincidence of events? ^_^

Thanks mate, glad to hear you enjoy it. :)

It never really came to my attention until I read that comment, not that it's a bad thing. It just seemed odd at the time posting a story that doesn't focus on inflation.

I've been giving it a lot of thought and have made some changes. Might just have to take your words literally, "loss of control". ;)

Sorry I couldn't reply sooner, been pretty busy lately.

Oh yeah, I remember reading Teslite, and I was intrigued by seeing an overarching plot between the stories/chapters. It did seem like inflation and expansion was going to take a backseat. For me as a reader, that's perfectly fine. But, maybe not as much to many of the other readers on this site who want to read stories for the sexiness and pleasure aspect. Not everyone takes the time to read longer inflation literature, if you catch my drift. I was interested if you would be able to balance that demand with an engaging plot, because I'd love to see it done right. In my experience, there's a tough decision to write in the context of this site. Story length matters a ton here, and if there isn't enough action happening, I think readers' patience (and arousal) starts to wear off.

I don't want to take over your thread asking for advice, but the first inflation story I wrote fell into this sort of dilemma and it might be relevant. Plot development is a big focus for me, so I wanted to have a meaningful build-up to the inflation. This was kind of by coincidence of events just like yours. My first version of the story had a much longer "middle" before the inflation, though. I had the main character spend weeks trying to outsmart the antagonist, and the inflation part, that thing everyone is reading for, is when it finally succeeds. I worried it might be practically useless to readers who want to experience that inflation if they read through several paragraphs of nothing but character development. After all, both people will be over and done with by the end. They don't keep coming up in new chapters. In your case, your characters stick around; you SHOULD develop them, and hopefully that works for your benefit. For my story, though, I cut out about 1/3 of the story and condensed some details just to help make the one-time story easier to read.

So to summarize, it's your call, just like it was mine. Your additional chapters will most likely get published on the site regardless for containing inflation elements, but remember that they might not be as "popular" as other one-off stories are since they're deviating from the normal story "formula" here. Don't let it change your writing too much though, and good luck. :)
