I used a shower enema about 5 days ago, and i think i used too much pressure. Ive had a small amount of pain in my bowels since then similar to mild gas pains. I've had several normal bowel movements since then, but the pain doesn't seem to be going away. The most pain is coming from the bottom right of my abdomen.

Indeed, if it's a problem, go to the doctor. Even if it's something simple and relatively harmless (inflamed appendix for example based on the discription and location), it's still not a bad idea to seek help just in case.
